How we work, in writing.

These terms cover website and Google Business Profile work done by Growklik, an independent web design studio. Last updated 5 November 2026. If a written quote we send you says something different, the quote applies.

Quotes

Every project starts with a fixed quote in writing that lists what is included. The price does not change unless you ask for something that was not in the quote, and we agree any extra in writing first.

Approval

Nothing goes live without your written approval. You see every page before launch and can ask for changes within the scope of the quote.

Payment

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is 50% before work starts and 50% when you approve the site for launch. Monthly care, where you choose it, is billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time.

What you own

Your domain, your content and your accounts are registered in your name. Once the project is paid for, the website we build for you is yours to keep, host or move.

Your content

You confirm that the photos, text, logos and reviews you give us are yours to use, or that you have permission to use them.

Free checks and previews

Free website checks and free homepage previews come with no obligation. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe nothing.

Results

We build every site carefully and set it up for Google, but no one can honestly guarantee search rankings, traffic or sales, and we do not.

Liability

Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
